Please note that you can also temporarily or permanently block your bank card at any time and in real time, as well as restrict the use of your card (online, ATM, outside Europe) through the BILnet Mobile app. If you block your card permanently, a new card and a new PIN will be ordered automatically.

You can also activate your notifications on BILnet to be alerted whenever your cards are used. This will allow you to react more quickly to any fraudulent use.

If your connection to BILnet or to BILnet Mobile or a transaction is not processed in the usual way, please contact us immediately, either via secure messaging or by calling the Client service – BIL Client Care Center at +(352) 4590-5000, from Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6pm.
