Your LuxTrust account will be blocked if you enter an incorrect code five times, whether you use the LuxTrust Mobile app, your LuxTrust Scan or your PIN.
There are two ways to unblock your LuxTrust certificate:
Wait for the account to automatically unblock after 12 hours
Visit the LuxTrust website and follow the instructions under MYLUXTRUST > Unblock account. Please note, you will need your original codes (received by text message or LuxTrust Codes letter) in order to unblock your account on the LuxTrust website.
