• by email to contact@bil.com, including “Data Protection – Request to exercise rights” in the subject line
• by post to: BIL Client Care Center, 69 route d’Esch, L-2953 Luxembourg

You can always contact our Data Protection Officer if you are not completely satisfied with the answer received dpo@bil.com. You may also file a complaint with Luxembourg’s National Commission for Data Protection (CNPD) by sending a letter to 1, avenue du Rock’n’Roll, L-4361 Esch-sur-Alzette, or by completing the online form which is available on the CNPD’s website under Your rights -> How to assert your rights.
