Once logged in to BILnet, you can access your account statements and all of your documents in the electronic documents section.

E-statements are automatically listed by date (from most recent to oldest) and only a limited number are displayed.
If you wish to display all of your e-statements, click on "More documents" at the bottom of the list. You can now view all statements generated since the date you first accessed BILnet. Each statement is available for a maximum 10-year period.

Please read the BILnet help section, which describes all of the steps to follow to retrieve an electronic document.

If you have archived any of your statements, simply click on “Include archived documents” on the left to include them in the list.

If you don’t have access to the BILnet web banking service, you can submit a request to obtain your account statements from the BIL Client Care Center by calling +352 4590-5000.
