The BILnet web banking service is also provided as part of the Youth offering under the following terms and conditions:

for resident account holders with Luxembourg nationality:

with the consent of a legal guardian for young people aged 12 to 14 years

without a guardian’s consent for young people aged 15 to 17 years

for resident account holders with foreign nationality:

with the consent of a legal guardian for young people aged 12 to 17 years

for non-resident account holders:

with the consent of a legal guardian for young people aged 12 to 17 years

Accessibility of some account features may vary based on the nationality, age and residency of the minor.
