The cost of a rental guarantee depends on whether it is covered by a deposit or pledge.

- If the rental guarantee is not covered by a deposit, fees are set at 0.5% per trimester, min. 25€.
- If the rental guarantee is covered by cash or securities, fees are set at 0.25% per trimester, min. 25€.
- Rental guarantee application fees are set at 2‰ of the management fee, min. 75€.

If you have taken out a BIL Gold or BIL Platinum package, you will not have to pay any fees.
