1. First make sure that the LuxTrust Mobile application is downloaded on your new smartphone.
2. On the app's home screen, click on 'Login', then enter your User ID and the LuxTrust personal password you usually use.
3.a If you activated the backup on your old device, simply click on "Restore from backup" to activate LuxTrust Mobile on your new smartphone. Please note that it is only possible to transfer your LuxTrust data to the same operating system (Apple or Android).
3.b If you are unable to do a backup from your old app, please follow the steps of this reactivation guide to install LuxTrust Mobile app on your new device.
