1/ For withdrawals:
In general, the account will only be debited if money has been taken from the ATM. Use the ATM to check whether your account has been debited or not.
If your account has not been debited, you can try again to make a withdrawal.
If your account has been debited, please contact the relevant branch. If the branch is closed, please send a secure message via the BILnet online banking service or call us at the BIL Client Care Center at +352 4590-5000, stating the name of the branch, the ATM used and the exact time it was used.

2/ For payments:
Send us the receipt with a secure message via the BILnet online banking service or by email to contact@bil.com (photo or scan), stating the account number to be credited, the branch/ATM, the exact time, the amount paid and a telephone number. We will get back in touch with you once we have checked.
