If your watch is lost or stolen, don’t panic! No one else will be able to use it to make payments – you are required to enter your PIN every time you have taken the watch off.
You can block a digital card linked to Fitbit Pay or Garmin pay via the “Wallet” menu of the Fitbit and Garmin Connect apps on your phone, either temporarily or permanently. You can also do this on the Fitbit or Garmin websites.
If you wish to sell your smartwatch, or if you know you will not be using it for a certain period, make sure you remove your credit cards from the device before deactivating it.
