Your card will be sent to the mailing address you have provided to your bank. Your PIN will remain the same. If you have any doubts regarding your mailing address, please call BIL Client Care Center +352 4590-5000 to confirm your address. Should you wish to provide a new address, you can send it to us by secure messaging.
