Online purchases are possible with BIL credit cards and the Visa Debit card.

If you don’t have these cards yet, please request them using the BILnet or BILnet Mobile online banking tools, or speak with your Relationship Manager at your local branch.
How can I order an additional card?

To make your first online purchase on e-commerce websites with the Verified by Visa logo :

• you’ll need to activate your card using the 3D Secure system beforehand (if your card does not have this feature automatically).
  This can be done directly on BILnet : under the heading "Cards", click on the credit card concerned, then "Management" / "Set up 3D Secure".
• You’ll need first to activate your card using your PIN code by doing one of the following: either made a standard payment using your PIN at a shop, or used an ATM to change your PIN or withdraw cash (withdrawal fees apply for credit cards).

Your card will be activated immediately.
