Your PIN and debit and/or credit card (for any new and/or replacement cards) will be sent to you separately in two separate letters to the mailing address provided to your bank. However, you can request that your card be sent to another address (for example, your holiday location).
If you have any doubts regarding your mailing address, please call BIL Client Care Center on +352 4590-5000 to confirm your address. Should you wish to provide a new address, you can send it to us by secure messaging.
Ordering a first card Depending on the day your order was placed, the maximum time it will take to deliver your card is around ten days. In an emergency, it’s possible to receive your card and PIN within 48 hours and for an additional €75. However, this option only applies to Visa credit cards.
Renewing an existing card Your card will be renewed automatically halfway through the month before the card expires
