As of January 2025, your loan accounts will again be accessible in MultiLine. You will be able to view and download account statements in MT940E format directly from your MultiLine space. The transaction history prior to the 30th of September 2023 will also be reintroduced, allowing you to retrieve all the information related to your loans.

Points to note:

• Loan accounts that were already available before October 2023 will automatically reappear in MultiLine when an account statement is generated in January based on the frequency of your submissions.
• If you wish to add a loan account that was not displayed in 2023 at a later date, please contact the MultiLine team via email at: multiline@bil.com.
• We would like to inform you that it will not be technically possible to reproduce the account statements between the 1st of October 2023 and the 31st of December 2024.
