The BILnet PIN is the same PIN that you use for the BILnet mobile app if you have not activated Touch ID or Face ID.

If you enter the wrong PIN five times, your BILnet mobile app will be deactivated automatically. You will then have to reactivate it with your LuxTrust certificate (LuxTrust Mobile app or LuxTrust Scan).
