To make your first online purchase:

You must first activate your card using your PIN code by carrying out one of the following operations:

• either a traditional payment with a PIN code at a retailer
• a PIN code change
• a cash withdrawal from an ATM

You will also need to activate the 3D Secure system (if your card does not already have this setting).
This can be done directly via BILnet: under 'Cards', click on the debit card concerned, then 'Management' / 'Configure 3D Secure'.

You can activate 3DS on your card immediately and make your purchases online.
