Agents have the same browsing experience as account holders. Furthermore, there is no need to log out of the app and back in again to switch between account holder and agent access mode.
Through the BILnet mobile app Before you log in, you can change your connection method below the “profile” icon on the homepage. There are three options: • Account holder, • Agent of a natural person, • Agent of a legal entity.
Through the desktop version of BILnet When using BILnet on a computer, there are three connection methods to choose from on the homepage. To switch between them, click on “Change the connection method”. On this next screen, you can choose a connection method and the LuxTrust product you wish to use.
