Generating a debit advice for a transaction dating back more than 36 months is not possible via the BILnet online banking service.

This document must be created manually. To get one, please:
- submit a request via the BILnet secure messaging,
- or call the Client service – BIL Client Care Centre at +(352) 4590-5000, from Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6pm.

You will be charged for this service in accordance with our Tariff Overview brochure, available here.

We encourage you to select the “Debit advice” box when setting up a transfer, in order to avoid these enquiry fees in the future.
