There are two options to choose from should you wish to take out a mortgage; either online or at one of our branches.

Online:
There are 3 mortgage simulators available on bil.com, one of which allows you to begin your mortgage application online if you have a concrete project. If so, you can simulate your costs using the online tool, and then begin the application process. Simply fill out the online form, and a Relationship Manager will get back to you to confirm and finalise the details.

In-branch:
Alternatively, you can book an appointment with a Relationship Manager at one of our branches.

When you arrive at your meeting, you will need to bring the following documents with you:
• Provisional sale agreement signed by each party
• Land registry plan
• Proof of own funds (if they are not held in BIL accounts)
• Details of existing loans
• Your most recent pay slips
• Photos of the property (inside & outside)
• Building plans
