What is MultiLine?
MultiLine is a multi-bank e-banking platform designed specifically for businesses. It allows you to access your professional accounts held at BIL and other major banks in Luxembourg through a single connection.

View accounts
- MultiLine can be accessed 24/7 and provides you with a consolidated overview of the accounts held at your various banks, with balances and transactions updated automatically every hour.
- An advanced search function for your reported transactions and printed reports for all of your accounts and transactions.
Transfers
- All types of transfer covered: individual and collective domestic, European (SEPA) and international instructions in any currency.
- Your instructions can be entered manually using your list of recurring beneficiaries or uploaded from your corporate application.
- A grouped signature option for ease of use.
European/SEPA direct debits (SDD)
- Manage your direct debit mandates, and enter or import direct debits to be collected by the bank from your clients.
- Create a direct debit per debtor or for a set of debtors.
Account statements
- Download account statements and export them to your accounting programme for automatic reconciliation.
- Statements are available in SWIFT MT or XML (Camt.053) format.
Customised access rights
- Set access rights account by account for consulting, entering and signing transactions (individual, joint or multiple) and amount limits, for each of your employees.
- Ensure secure access: each employee identifies themselves and signs transactions electronically using their own LuxTrust product (Smartcard or Signing Stick).
